Okay this is more of a "how I got Kwari to run right" explanation rather then traditional Tips and Tricks.

 

First of all I had to disable Norton's sonic firewall whatever to allow kwari access.

 

Next I had to right clink the Kwari Shortcut and clicked Troubleshoot Compatibility.

 

After that ran once, I tested it which did not work.  So I clicked, and im paraphrasing "allow additional access".

 

Then I restarted my laptop, tested it again and it worked.

 

If you are having problems and this in no way helps you please not Kwari has a Support section and it may be best to just ask them.
